		Gaddy & Gaddy Refund Policy
		Since Gaddy & Gaddy is offering legal services and not an actual product we do not issue refunds once the services have been rendered. As a client you are responsible for understanding this upon retaining our services. However, in certain circumstances refund requests are accepted, and must be requested in writing within 30 days from date of payment, termination of attorney-client relationship, or completion of case.  As all payments are for services already rendered or retainers for services to be rendered, these charges are not acceptable to charge back.
